The government has set out a core offer of extended services which they want all children and families to be able to access by 2010. Schools are working together and in partnership with others to achieve this aim. Since April 2006 additional funding development has been provided for this development.

In the St Ives locality, the eight schools in our cluster are working closely with the Extended Schools co-ordinators and the locality manager to draw together the delivery of the Extended Schools core offer.
